The Old Ottawa South Study is #12 on the agenda. It's difficult to predict at what time it will be discussed. The meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. in the Champlain Room, City Hall.

come to the meeting that morning.

NOTICE OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING

Dear Sir/Madam:

Re: Urban Design and Zoning Study - Bank Street, Old Ottawa South

This is to advise you that the above-noted matter will be considered by the City of Ottawa Planning and Development Committee on Thursday June 26, 2003.The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Champlain Room, City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa. You are welcome to attend the meeting and present your views.

Attached is a copy of the final "Urban Design and Zoning Study – Bank Street, Old Ottawa South, dated June 26, 2003. A copy of the report outlining the Department’s recommendations will be available on the City’s website five days before the Committee meeting at www.ottawa.ca. Choose "Online Services", then "City Council and Committee Agendas and Meetings". If you provided comments previously, you should be receiving a copy of the Departmental report and this notice by mail by no later than June 16th. If you wish to receive a paper copy of these documents, please contact the undersigned.

The Committee will consider any written submissions in respect to this matter if provided to the Committee Coordinator of the Planning and Development Committee at 110 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, K1P 1J1 or by fax at 560-1380 or by e-mail at Lorenzina.Ferrari@ottawa.ca. If you wish to speak to the Committee or hear this item, please call Lori Ferrari at 580-2424 ext. 28828 by 4:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting to determine if a specific time has been set for this item to be considered.

If a person or public body that files a notice of appeal of a decision of the City of Ottawa in respect of the proposed Zoning Amendments does not make oral submissions at the public meeting or make written submissions to the City of Ottawa before the proposed amendment is adopted, the Ontario Municipal Board may dismiss all or part of the appeal.
